The health of your servers is very important to us. Support is available 24
hours per day, 7 days per week in the event of emergencies. For purposes of tracking and accuracy,
all support is done via our ticketing system.
Server Down Emergencies
If your server is down or non-responsive or you have an emergency please e-mail pager@wholesaleinternet.com.
Your request will be routed immediately to the phone of a support technician and will be given priority.
Make sure to include your customer ID number and the IP address of the server with the problem.
Normal Support Requests
Please submit a ticket by e-mailing
support@wholesaleinternet.com
or by submitting the form below. You will receive an auto-response indicating we've
received your request. Support is handled on a first-come, first-serve basis except in the case of an emergency such as machine down or non-responsive.
You must be listed as a valid contact on the customer account otherwise we cannot assist you.
